I was talking with a friend who grew up in a dry climate not long ago and commented to her how I didn't like to get rained on. She said that it rained so seldom when she grew up that when it did finally rain, it was a time to celebrate and the children went out and stood in and/or played in the rain.<br /><br />It's like children not to think about getting clothing dirty.
